BORO HOPING TO KEEP UP THE MOMENTUM

Borough travel to Daisy Hill this weekend in the NWCFL Division One North looking to continue their good form after wins against AFC Darwen, Campion AFC and Penistone Church.

As for the opponents Daisy Hill they come into the game with only two wins from their last six and currently in 12th position in the league. Talking to the manager Brent Peters he said; "Daisy Hill are a very good team and I'm not foolish enough to think it's going to be easy against them. Our players know what is expected of them in every game they play. In fact our captain Michael Gervin used to play for Daisy Hill, so he knows first hand the danger that they possess."

Bradley Hancock Ready For Action

Borough will have Ross Mallinson and Bradley Hancock fit and ready for selection after both players have been out in recent weeks due to injury and illness. But with the defence putting in several sterling performances of late the management team will have a few positive headaches to contend with.

Those that can't make the game can tune in for full match commentary from 2.45PM via the Bacup Borough FC Youtube Channel.
