This weekend Brent Peters and David Felgate take borough to Garstang FC in the NWCFL Division One North.
After the disappointment of defeat in the opening game at home to Euxton Villa FC borough will be hoping to get their first points on the board away at the Riverside.
Borough will still be without key players going into the game with those missing either injuried, suspended or away on holidays, frustating times for a management team who feel that this squad of players are capable of success this season.
Garstang FC impressed in their opening fixture with an impressive 3-1 home win over Nelson FC. So Brent and David are under no illusion how difficult this game is going to be.

Talking to the manager about the game, he said; "It's going to be tough, especially with several of our key players away for one thing and another. Zach Clarke is a good player manager, he's managed to keep the nucleus of his squad together from last season and that will stand him in good stead coming into this campaign."
