This weekend Borough take the trip to the Silk 106.9 Stadium to face Premier side Congleton Town in the Quarter Finals of the Macron Cup.
Borough go into the game full of confidence after the impressive display against a very strong Avro FC, and will be hoping that they can create that same level of momentum and desire tomorrow afternoon.

The opponents Congleton Town finished their league campaign in a respectful 9th position, and with good wins in the Macron Cup against Rocester, Cheadle Heath Nomads and a 5-0 victory over Stafford Town it's certainly going to be a tough encounter for Borough's young guns.
Like many occasions this season Borough have always been able to raise their game when up against quality opposition and tomorrow at the Silk 106.9 Stadium that will hopefully be the case again.

Speaking to the manager Brent Peters, he said; "The lads have been brilliant. Their attitude and application at Avro was top notch. Every single player both on the pitch and those on the bench have given Dave 'Felgate' and myself 100%. We will need that same commitment at Congleton on Saturday."
The draw has been made for the semi-finals and Congleton or Borough will face either Barnton or the winners of Cammell Laird 1907 v Wythenshawe Amateurs.
