Bacup Borough Football Club will introduce several measures in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19 which will be listed within this assessment.

Bacup Borough Football Club must point out that whilst measures to eliminate the risk will be put into place there also becomes a responsibility for all individuals entering the Brian Boys West View Stadium to make sure they are carrying out the guidelines instructed by the government. To this end all individuals entering the Brian Boys West View Stadium do so at their own risk with no liability coming back onto Bacup Borough Football Club ( Trading Name) or Bacup Borough Football Club Limited or that of its Directors.

In order to avoid congestion at the turnstile the club will introduce cash payment and official passes only. This will be situated at the main entrance.

Card Payments and reserved tickets will enter the club at the main door situated on Cowtoot Lane directly opposite Thorn School, Please be warned this entry will only be available between 2-0pm and 3-0pm on a Saturday and between 7-0pm and 8-0pm on a mid-week games. Persons will then be directed into the
Sports Bar Area before exiting into the ground.

Those entering via the cash turnstile will be met by the attendant that will be situated in an enclosed
kiosk. Once inside the Stadium there will be various locations with hand sanitisers available around
the ground at the following locations.

Cash Turnstile Area - Entrance To Players Tunnel - Outside Toilets (Farm Ave End) - Inside The Covered Terraced Area - Entry To The Main Stand

It is important that persons entering the Stadium follow the 2 metre Social Distancing guidelines set out by the government.

Entry to the seating area situated in the main stand will be allowed. However social distancing must be
implemented. Please ensure that you leave two empty seats between you and the next person on each row.

For those persons taking up their vantage point to watch the game must also implement the
social distancing guidelines.

There is a walk way to access the covered terracing which does have potential to get congested. In order to avoid this please allow priority to those exiting the terraced area.

To purchase refreshments from the ground the serving hatch is situated on the patio
area of the ground adjacent to the rear of the Sports Bar - only one person will be
permitted at the serving hatch at any given time.

The social distancing 2 metre guidelines will apply when queuing. Markers will be placed on the floor.

There is also another serving hatch inside the Sports Bar. In order to avoid unnecessary congestion at the bar cans of beer, soft drinks will also be available from these areas.

Entry into the Sports Bar and Toilets will be on a one way system. There is a set of Gents urinals on the right at the entrance to the Sports Bar.

When leaving these urinals you must turn right and proceed through the bar area. Continue through the Executive Room to exit into the Stadium through the top door.

The Ladies Toilet is on the left. When exiting the same procedure must be followed by
turning left into the one way system to exit at the top door.

Beer, Wine & Spirits can be obtained from inside the Sports Bar. In order to avoid congestion at the bar there will be two vantage points for service. One serving vantage will be in the first room but permission is granted to progress into the Executive room to be served there.

Once you have been served please do not stand at the bar. When exiting the Sports Bar to go back out into the Stadium follow the one way system and exit through the top door at the end of the Executive room.

The home team players will be temperature checked on arrival. We would expect the opposition to take care of its own procedure within their group.

Any player or club official showing a raised temperature or any symptoms of Covid-19 will be expected
to leave the ground with immediate effect.

Social distancing within the changing room area will take place. Once the Management have addressed their individual groups we would expect the players not to congest around these areas allowing the starting eleven to change.

We would expect Substitutes of both teams to enter the changing rooms to change once the starting
eleven are outside conducting their warm ups.

Showers can be used but at all times social distancing measures should take place by
reducing the number of players in at any given time.

There will be hand sanitisers located in the home and away changing rooms along
with the official room. All Toilets will be regularly checked and cleaned - Medical Staff will use PPE.

Each home team player will be provided with a laundry basket to place their used kit in. This kit will then be taken to the laundry room to be washed and dried by a designated person wearing PPE.

In most instances each Bacup Borough FC player would make their own way to away
fixtures. When in the event that due to the distances we maybe have to travel together we
would travel by means of Coach or Minibus making sure that we follow the
FA /Government guidelines on social distancing by this means of travel.

In terms of Training the fact we use municipal outlets, players travel on their own to
these outlets. We follow the sites own Covid-19 Risk Assessment and endeavour to
follow the Government/FA guidelines at all times.

NHS Test and Trace is a key part of the country’s ongoing COVID-19 response. If we can rapidly detect people who have recently come into close contact with a new COVID-19 case, we can take swift action to minimise transmission of the virus. This is important as lockdown measures are eased and will help us return to a more normal way of life and reduce the risk of needing local lockdowns in the future. Forms will be available to complete on arrival at the Brian Boys Stadium. Please return your form to the turnstile operator or bar staff.
